Past Life Therapy
Past Life Therapy forms its base on the religious belief of reincarnation i.e. the soul after death begins a new life in a new body defined by our actions from our past lives or “Karma”. As souls, we experience life on earth in a series of different births and constantly keep learning through our experiences which is carried forward from one life to another.
We’ve had experiences in our daily lives which show links to theory of reincarnation and carrying-forward of the past lives experiences and learning in a very subtle way. Like, sometimes you meet a person for the first time and become so comfortable that it seems that you know each other since a long time or visiting a new place but still everything seems familiar somehow. It is believed that these are simply because we are re-encountering a person or a place we known in our past life.
Past Life Therapy is an effective technique in which the healer by the means of hypnotherapy and a series of questions/suggestions helps an individual to go through the experiences which are hidden as memories in the subconscious mind from the past life experiences. The individuals during the session discover that often the present life conflicts and problems are because of some events which occurred in our past lives. The experience could vary for each individual. Some people reported that they felt a state of pleasant inner calm, some feel deep physical relaxation.
This process has proved to an effective way of healing the issues faced by an individual in the present life. It not only helps in resolving relationship problems, helps in disease cure, enhancing the personal growth as well as heal at emotional level and spiritual levels, but at the same time helps us understand how important are the actions that we take in our lives and the reason for our behavior is embedded deeply in our subconscious mind.
As experts in Hypnosis we understand its use in modification of an individual’s perceptions, behavior and the reasoning behind his/her day to day actions. We believe the mind-body system as one and thus have been able to help many individuals with different health problems, emotional and behavioral issues.
